The growth is Shorin Kempo Kaikan is still rapidly expanding . The branch Chiefs need to insure all the regulations are followed in order to protect our system .  The administration of your Dojo’s is an important factor just as much as teaching on the tatami . Branch Chiefs ( Shibucho) have even a higher responsibility as the kaikan has Intrusted them to protect and expand the Organization within their respected regions and to ensure the standard of the Shihans and sensei’s under them .
